What We'll Work On:

Coaching isn't therapy or consulting. We work on:

  • Getting clear on what you want and what's getting in the way

  • Making decisions that align with who you are (not who everyone expects you to be)

  • Building capacity to handle what's on your plate, or deciding what needs to come off

  • Creating strategies for sustainable performance and wellbeing

  • Moving from overwhelm to intentional action

Coaching is for you if:
  • You're in a high-demand role and questioning how long you can sustain it while caregiving

  • You're managing multiple responsibilities, and something has to give, but you don't know what

  • You've gone through a major life change and need to figure out what's next

Working Together

As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through ICF, I work with a very small number of clients at a time to ensure depth and attention. Sessions are virtual and typically run for 3 months, with the option to continue if it's a good fit for both of us.
