Sessions may focus on career direction, leadership development, professional positioning, navigating workplace challenges, or identifying and closing capability gaps.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Your coaching time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered used and will count toward your coaching package.
If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not contacted me in advance, the session will be considered a no-show and will be forfeited.
I understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen. I will handle true emergencies on a case-by-case basis.
If you’re running late, please reach out. Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time so that I can honor commitments to other clients.
Coaching packages and unused sessions are non-refundable. Sessions must be used within the timeframe established for your coaching engagement unless we agree otherwise in advance.
